On November 9, Mr. Gleb Grinfeld, President of the Russian Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Association, led a delegation to visit Dongyue Machinery for a tour and discussion. Mr. Sun Jingwei, Chairman of Dongyue Machinery, warmly received the guests, and both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on industry development trends and market conditions.
The Russian AAC Association delegation first visited Dongyue Machinery's AAC production base. Upon arriving at the panel storage area, they were impressed by the scale of the production facility. The delegation learned in detail about panel applications, the performance of self-insulating blocks, and related assembly processes. They pointed out that winter temperatures in Russia can drop to tens of degrees below zero, imposing extremely stringent thermal insulation requirements for buildings, creating significant demand for self-insulating products. After touring and inspecting the production, Mr. Gleb Grinfeld highly praised Dongyue's advanced manufacturing processes.
Subsequently, both parties visited Dongyue's manufacturing plant area, including the assembly workshop, equipment workshop, machining workshop, electrical commissioning workshop, and pressure vessel workshop. Seeing the autoclaves awaiting processing in the workshop, Mr. Gleb Grinfeld marveled at Dongyue's high rate of in-house equipment manufacturing. Dongyue Machinery holds A2-level pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications as well as pressure pipeline installation permits, with independently developed and produced autoclaves exported to more than 30 countries and regions.
Dongyue Machinery provided Mr. Gleb Grinfeld and his delegation with a detailed introduction to the company's product portfolio, technological innovations, market strategy, and corporate culture. With over 20 years of dedication to the autoclaved aerated concrete industry, Dongyue Machinery has undertaken the construction of the first AAC production lines in countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, and the Philippines, and has assisted these countries in compiling national standards for AAC blocks and panels, making significant contributions to the global promotion and application of autoclaved aerated concrete.
Both parties engaged in detailed exchanges on the application of automation systems. Mr. Gleb Grinfeld expressed keen interest in Dongyue's remote operation and maintenance system and digital twin technology. Chairman Sun Jingwei introduced that through the Internet of Things, remote fault diagnosis, early warning, repair, and system upgrades can be performed on automation systems for global users, significantly reducing maintenance costs and enabling digital transformation and upgrading to take root on the production line.
China and Russia are each other's largest neighbors and both are rapidly developing emerging economies. China has remained Russia's largest trading partner for 13 consecutive years. China's Belt and Road Initiative and Russia's Eurasian Economic Union strategy are highly compatible, providing favorable opportunities and geographical advantages for expanding cooperation in infrastructure construction. This visit and exchange have laid the foundation for establishing a closer and longer-term cooperative relationship between the two parties. In the future, Dongyue Machinery will further the Russian market, providing more comprehensive equipment and service systems for Russia and neighboring countries, and making unremitting efforts for the sustainable development of the autoclaved aerated concrete industry nationwide and worldwide.
