Key Features of Our AAC Block Mould

1. Precision Manufacturing

The mold bottom frame is processed as a whole, using special tooling and tailored welding to ensure dimensional accuracy and realize mold interchangeability.

2. Advanced Locking System

The mold adopts YTONG butterfly spring rocker arm type locking method, and the self-aligning type double pressing wheel presses the side plate to ensure the complete fit between the side plate and the mold, and maximize the use of the sealing strip during service life.

3. Technical Specifications

• Inner gauge of the wheel: 700mm

• Maximum cavity size: 6150×1280×675 mm (Net size: 6.0×1.2×0.6 meters)

• Wheel material: 45# steel forgings, quenched and tempered

• Axle material: 45# steel quenched and tempered materials

4. Double Draft Angle Design

The mould adopts a double draft angle design, which reduces the amount of waste and at the same time prevents the cake from dropping corners and sticking to the mold during demolding.
