In order to further promote the spirit of craftsmanship, improve the skill level of welding workers, play a leading role in demonstration, and radiate and drive people around to learn technology and strengthen their abilities, Dongyue Machinery held the third Welding Skills Competition on August 31st. This competition not only showcased the superb welding skills of the welders, but also created a strong atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing" within the center.

This competition is carefully planned and organized by the Production and Operation Center, with all technical and quality control personnel serving as judges. The competition is divided into manual arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, aiming to comprehensively assess the practical operation ability of the participants and attract the active participation of many welding technology backbones.

This welding skills competition fully demonstrates the skill level and spirit of Dongyue's frontline production employees. It not only provides a platform for participants to learn and exchange, but also allows everyone to experience the importance of teamwork and excellence.
