      Nanyang Tiantai New Material Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., located in Pushan Town, Wolong District, was established in December 2021 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanyang Tiantai Cement Co., Ltd. With a total construction area of 31000 square meters, the company has newly built intelligent plants, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, boiler rooms, and a garden style factory area.

     The new generation of fully automatic and intelligent autoclaved aerated concrete production line to be put into operation is manufactured by Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd., which adopts advanced energy-saving technologies such as permanent magnet direct drive, photovoltaic power generation, waste heat steam recovery and utilization, and is equipped with motor with energy efficiency level above II and green environmental protection dust collection equipment. Siemens intelligent control system and 5G remote maintenance system are used to centrally monitor, operate and manage the production process, The whole process of batching, pouring, cutting and steam curing is truly intelligent and automatic, with zero pollution and emission in the whole process. The annual clean production of autoclaved aerated concrete ALC plate is 300000 m3, and the annual use of industrial solid waste is about 180000 tons.
